Around East York, specialist offices tend to cluster near hospitals and in medical office parks, and wait times for a consultation run from a few days for an endodontist to several weeks for a busy orthodontist. Most consultations across Pennsylvania are free or low-cost and come with a written treatment plan and price; ask whether the fee is in-network for your plan, what sedation options exist and how many visits the treatment takes. A second opinion is normal for implants, jaw surgery and full-mouth reconstruction, and reputable specialists expect it.

East York is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around East York is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The staff on all levels was very helpful, cooperative, understanding, and very attentive. Dr. Boyle relayed information that was very understandable and listened to my concerns. He is a very fine gentleman. I would recommend the practice to anyone in need of dental services.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I brought my 11-year-old son, who has autism, in for a consultation regarding the removal of his baby molars. When the Dr.Boyler entered the room, he walked straight in without introducing himself, greeting us, or even making eye contact. The exam room door was left wide open, which felt unprofessional and did not help create a comfortable environment. What bothered me most was the way my son was treated. Without taking the time to speak to him or build any rapport, Dr. Boyler immediately told him to put his phone down and put his head back. Knowing that my son has autism, I expected at least a basic level of patience, understanding, and compassion. Instead, the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. The dentist spent what seemed like only a second looking in my son's mouth and offered very little explanation or communication throughout the visit. We left feeling uncomfortable, unheard, and uncertain about the care being recommended. As a parent, I expect healthcare providers to treat patients and families with respect, professionalism, and empathyβespecially children with special needs. Unfortunately, that was not our

Able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Reception staff were welcoming & friendly. Tricia handled my check in with a sparkling smile & sense of humor. Talisia the assistant was soft spoken and very pleasant. Dr Zoulis was personable & very thorough in his explanation, provided clear details of what the images showed & recommended normal follow up with my dentist.

The office was very good in getting me in for an infected tooth extraction. Having had one before i knew what to expect but was surprised this was an easy pain free procedure when done differently. Minimal amount of bleeding after, clear after care instructions and dentist was very gentle and made it a painless procedure. Followed recovery happy it was a successful experience which I had avoided for too long.
